There are 2 paths to qualify for an O-1A visa:
I. Applicant must either have received a major, internationally recognized award (e.g., Nobel prize)
OR
II. Applicant must satisfy at least three of the following eight criteria that prove their extraordinary ability and show that they have achieved sustained national or international acclaim for their work.
